OpenClaw Jarvis · Personal use

Terms of Service

Purpose, permitted use, data-processing boundaries, and limitations of a personal Gmail reading assistant.

Last updated: 8 November 2026 · Independently maintained personal project

1. Purpose and access

OpenClaw Jarvis is an independently maintained personal-use assistant. These terms describe its M7 Gmail OAuth connection used for authorized mailbox search, reading, summarization, attachment review, and text-only suggested responses. The corresponding OAuth grant was last checked as gmail.readonly.

The integration described here does not send, modify, move, or delete messages under this grant. Separately configured Gmail connectors may have different capabilities and are not part of the M7 consent described here. This information website does not offer public registration, grant access to a mailbox, or implement a Google sign-in flow.

2. Authorized and responsible use

The assistant may only be used for accounts and messages the operator is authorized to access. Google user data may be used and transferred only for the user-benefiting purposes described in the Privacy Policy and in compliance with applicable Google data-use restrictions. Do not misuse credentials or expose other individuals' email contents in public support messages.

3. Accuracy and availability

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Review original emails before relying on a suggested action, date, obligation, or response. Availability depends on Google, Composio, the OpenClaw installation, and model services. No guarantee of error-free answers, continuous service, or permanent OAuth authorization is made.

4. Privacy and external services

The Privacy Policy describes the information processed and the roles of Google, Composio, OpenClaw, Cloudflare, and hosted model services including OpenAI. Gmail read-only permission does not imply purely local processing or zero data retention. Third-party providers apply their own terms and relevant data controls. The operator is responsible for ensuring providers and settings used for Google data meet applicable Limited Use requirements.

References to third-party services do not imply endorsement, partnership, approval, or Google OAuth verification.

5. Access revocation and changes

Access can be reviewed or revoked via Google Account connections. Stopping the integration's future access does not necessarily delete historical tool execution logs, OpenClaw session history, reports, backups, or model-provider records. Separate steps may be needed for stored copies; see Privacy Policy — access and deletion.

Changes to permissions, purposes, or service providers may require updated disclosures and renewed consent. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law does not permit to be waived.
